2. Change Diet - Your diet is important in making your body stronger. Make sure you’re eating food that will fuel your body. It’s also important that you don’t get hungry so it can keep your body in an optimal state and avoid muscle loss. You want to fill your body with healthy and nutritious foods. You also want a lot of fiber in your diet, which can help you lose a lot of weight.

3. Increase your cardiovascular exercise - A high intensity exercise like running or jumping rope helps you burn more fat. If you don’t know how to create an intense workout yet, simply try jumping rope for a few minutes every day. You can look for the app called MyFitnessPal. It’s an excellent tool to track your daily exercise activities.

4. Improve your flexibility - Flexibility is important as it will help you in many ways: a. It can help you get rid of belly fat - b. It can help you strengthen your muscles - c. It can help you get a better posture. If you are trying to lose some weight, you will have to be flexible because you need to be able do many things, like bend. If you have enough flexibility, you won’t have to bend much more to get around.

5. Stay active The more you stay active, the more you will burn fat. Exercise, both weight-bearing and non-weight-bearing, helps you to lose weight.

6. Get enough sleep It’s better to sleep for at least 8 hours. Lack of sleep not only affects your body, but it affects your ability to do your day-to-day activities.
